How it works

1 · One quest a day

Small and real: read, sleep, move, reach out. Everyone starts at quest 1, and a missed day never skips a quest.

2 · Tap “I did it”

Earn XP, unlock the day’s lesson card and keep your streak. Seven days in a row earns a streak freeze 🧊.

3 · Grow Theo’s room

Every level you reach adds something to his room. Theo does the same quests, and sometimes fails.

Is Theo real?

No. Theo is an AI-animated character. The quests and lessons are real, and so is your progress.

Where is my progress saved?

In this browser, and on our server under an anonymous save code (no name, no email, no account). Anyone with your code or link can open your progress, so keep it to yourself.

I missed a day. What now?

Nothing is lost: your next quest waits for you. Your streak survives a missed day if you have a streak freeze 🧊, and you earn one for every seven days in a row (you can hold two).

Each lesson names its source: published research or a book you can look up yourself.
